President Danny Concepcion and bond with UP WILOCI icons, Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales and Ambassador Lilia Bautista. They were wowed with the Simbang Gabi virtual performance of U.P. Concert Chorus with no less than our talented WILOCI sis Atty Dot Gancayco performing and with beautiful songs rendered by our talented sisses Kay Balajadia-Liggayu and Lorybeth Baldrias-Serrano.
