UP WILOCI eLegal Outreach Venture for QC (UP WeLOV QC) is a legal aid mission that provided free legal consultation and counselling to the barangay and council officials of Quezon under the Alliance partnership with Kilusang Kontra Kovid led by its Chairman, Doc Tony Leachon and President Atty Dot Gancayco and with the QC Government led by Mayor Joy Belmonte. We are honored to have Congressman Alfred Vargas support this advocacy of UP WILOCI and grace the event with an inspiring message.
